Harold Palmer, CISSP
The
principal of Securiosity.com is Harold Palmer. Harold is a Certified
Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)* who has delivered security,
networking and software solutions to the Minneapolis metro area over the past 7
years. Prior to that, he was a Controller for a $100 million management
company. A 1985 graduate of University of Minnesota, with a Bachelors degree in
Organizational Structure and Communication, Harold has spent the last 14 years
developing information management solutions for businesses both internally and
externally.

Background
Harold
has spent the last 3 years in the networking and information security
technology field. His talents include the ability to communicate directly with
decision-makers for bringing in the proper resources to get the job done right.
This may require developing technology solutions from the wire up, integrating
new technology into an existing architecture or an executive overview of
technical documentation.

solutions, Intrusion Detection Systems solutions including product and service

Harold's most recent publication can be found in the Minnesota High Tech Association's publication - Interface magazine. The feature article, Understanding Cryptography, addresses encryption and public key technology.

designation of the Int'l Info Systems Security Certification Consortium or
(ISC)2. It stands for Certified Information Systems Security
Professional. This designation is given to individuals who pass an
exam covering 10 security domains considered the Common Body of Knowledge by
security professionals throughout the world.
